How much does the delivery cost?
In Italy the shipping is free on orders over 100€. In the rest of Europe the shipping costs 15€.
Any Duties of other European Countries will be borne by Customer.
Can I change my shipping address?
In Italy you can change the shipping address up to 5 hours after confirmation of shipment by UPS Courier. You could change it by calling the telephone number: 02 30303039.
In Europe you can change the shipping adress up to 24 hours after confirmation of shipment by UPS Courier. You could change it by calling the customer service of your country:

Are the shipments insured?
The Shipments aren’t insured, the signature requested by the courier constitutes proof of delivery.
How can I do a return request?
Go to the contact section and fill out the form; from the drop-down menu select “returns” and enter the order number in the dedicated field. Fill in the message field indicating which item (s) you want to return and the motivation. Returns are free.
How can I make a return?
Insert the products you want to return in the package in which you received the goods and use the return waybill you received. Call the UPS courier and book the pickup. The reference numbers are indicated under “Can I change the delivery address of my order?”
How many days after delivery is it possible to return a product?
Within 14 days of delivery of the products.
To be returned the products must be intact and complete in all of their parts, packaging and labels / cards included and accompanied by the return form. The right of withdrawal lapses in case of lack of one of the conditions indicated.
I bought a product, but I would like to change it

I ordered a maintenance kit and one or more products were damaged in shipping
In this case, you can return the entire kit but we ask you not to open and use the other intact products. Fill in the message field indicating which item (s) you want to return and the motivation. Returns are free.
What are the refund times in case of returns?
The refund will be made after the verification of the returned goods and within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouses; the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
